What GymLog is
GymLog is a training companion: workout plans, logging, nutrition targets, and an AI coach you can talk or type to. Coaching is generated by software from the information you give it. It can be wrong, and it is not medical advice — consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
GymLog Pro subscription
Pro unlocks the voice coach and adaptive programming, billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited on purchase, and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Fair use of voice coaching
Voice conversations carry a generous monthly allowance of active talk time, designed so real training use never hits it. During the free trial the allowance is metered daily instead. When either allowance is reached, typed coaching continues without limit and voice returns the next day (trial) or at the start of the next month.
Your data
Your training log, nutrition entries, and body data stay on your device. Voice audio and chat messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies and are not linked to your identity — no account exists. The details live in our Privacy Policy at gymlog.fun/privacy, which is part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing dataset; do not attempt to extract the underlying models or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend service for abuse.
Liability
GymLog is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12824574 Canada Inc. is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its coaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
