What GymLog is
GymLog is a gym log: workout plans, logging, a weekly check-in on your progress, nutrition targets and exercise videos. Its plans, weight changes and check-ins follow fixed rules applied to what you log, and they can be wrong for you. Nothing in GymLog is medical advice: consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program, and stop if something hurts beyond normal training soreness. You train at your own risk.
Exercise videos
The exercise videos, steps and muscle maps come from Your Move under licence, for viewing inside the app. Don't copy, download, record or redistribute them.
Subscriptions
GymLog is free to download. From version 1.3, using it needs GymLog Pro, billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Without an active subscription you can still back up your log to a file. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited on purchase, and the trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Earlier versions (1.1 and before)
In these versions GymLog Pro unlocks a voice coach and adaptive programming. The coach's answers are generated by software from what you tell it and can be wrong. Voice conversations carry a monthly allowance of active talk time, designed so real training use never reaches it; during a free trial the allowance is metered daily. When an allowance is reached, typed coaching continues and voice returns the next day (trial) or at the start of the next month. Version 1.3 retires the coach.
Your data
Your training log, nutrition entries, body data and progress photos stay on your device. The details, including what earlier versions sent to our AI provider, are in our Privacy Policy at gymlog.fun/privacy, which is part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer or resell the service, use it to build a competing dataset, or try to get around its limits. We may suspend service for abuse.
Liability
GymLog is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12824574 Canada Inc. is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its plans or check-ins. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes will be shown on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
